Yes, I've heard of this. However, I do hope that everyone is thoroughly aware that Iraq is pronounced ĭ·rāk or ĭ·räk, not ī·rāk or ī·räk. Iran in similar fashion.

I saw this posted on a different forum. That video is made of purified, condensced win.

"Get the the exit!"
"No! There is NO exit strategy!"

DatVu: I know how Iraq is pronounced, but I have no idea what ĭ·rāk means; being a 14 year-old and all. It looks Scandinavian.

It's a pronunciation key for the word. Basically, I'm saying that it's not eye'rack, it's ear'rack or ear'rock (or take the word irreversable, drop reversable and add an aq). Everyone laughs because they think Mad has a pretty good play on words going, but it's flawed, because that's not how it's pronounced; it's feeding ignorance. :o

Odd, I pronounce it Irark. As in the 'i' sound when saying 'grit,' and the 'ark' for 'mark.' But really, we are all saying it incorrectly, how do Iraqies (sp?) pronounce it?

In their Iraqian (SP?) language of some sort. I saw a little of the video. Yes, how it sounds like Iraq is a bit...amusing, but i didn't XD. It's not as good as Dr. Tran, which is really inappropriate, so I can't show it. Plus: swearing.

Edit: actually now that i think about it, it's funnier than i thought.
