ive been lookin all over the place headbuttin lik no other and i cant find one help

Im fairly sure that I got mine while headbutting trees in Azelea town, behind Kurt's house. Its rare though, I think its about a 5%-10% percent chance.

Hey, go east from Ecruteak and right outside the building, and to the left of Mt. Mortar, there are trees. Headbutt them, and eventually you will find a Heracross.

In the future, please just consult the Psydex Locations section. For Heracross's locations, go here: http://www.psypokes.com/dex/psydex/214/location
The frequency listed is 30%, so I suppose you're just unlucky. Try headbutting a few more times at the listed locations and you should net a Heracross soon.

i have been to everyspot on that list and i can not find a heracross
it is not 30% its more like 1 i havnt even seen any

Personally, it took me half an hour to find one, so it's odds are probably lower than 30%.
Just keep trying and eventually you will find one, I found a few to the east of Ecruteak like Jake5 suggested, but there are other spots like on the page sN0w listed.

I found my Heracross the first time I used headbutt, he is now my strongest Pokémon on crystal.
