Q7 What country invented Champagne?
Champagne has its origins in the province of Champagne, in present day France. While it was not popularized until pope urban II's reign, it was grown in the country of Gaul, an ancient territory that was conquered by Rome. Thus, yes, it is France.

Q8 What makes Champagne fizz?
Fermentation of alcohol in the bottle leads to a build-up of CO2, or Carbon Dioxide, thus giving us the fizz that we all love.

Round over. y did no one answer :(

Answers: The wine Champagne was invented in France, in the Chapagne region, however it was the british who liked it fizzy and made it fizzy.
Champagne fizzes because micoscopic imperfections (dust, fur) condense the carbon dioxide, thus making it fizz.

The driest place on the planet is the Sahara desert of North Africa. Some place haven't seen precipitation in 10 years.

Cloud nine is a figment of the imagination. It doesn't physically exist.

The Lut desert

Cloud nine is precisely 554873926548310654389 feet high (thats how high Misty punched her psyduck). Misty learned sky uppercut! Misty learned siesmic toss! Misty learned explosion. Psyduck fainted.

Swampzard you are correct! The driet place on Earth is Dry Valley in Antarctica. There is no snow and no ice and it hasn't rained their EVER.

Cloud nine does phisically exist, it was named by geographers. clouds 7,8 and 21 have been recorded.

Nope.

Round Over
Cloud nine is the cumulonimbus, the massive, brooding thunder cloud. It's at the bottom of the International Cloud Atlas Scale because a single cloud can cover the whole range from as low as a few hundred feet to the very edge of the stratosphere (15,000 metres or nearly 5000 feet).

Q11 What did Atlas carry on his shoulders?
Q12 Do marmots kill people? (explain)

Wait, so if you see the show you can use that as the answer? TO wikipedia to look up all the QI stuff! lol

anywho...

I thought it was the sky, he did some horrible wrong and had to carry the weight of the sky. and if he ever put it down chicken little would run around screaming "the sky is falling the sky is falling!" and we would be doomed to an eternity of listening to him.

Marmots didnt kill people(that was the question right?) the black plauge killed people! they carried the black plauge, but if I carried a jerm to an orphanage and didnt know it would kill anyone or maybe didnt know it was even on me then I didnt kill them, the jerm was an evil spy sent to destroy the orphanage in one of count olafs sinister plots

wow, I think I might have actually said somthing funny in all that! YAY!

I mean that pidgeon thing in new york with no blatter control. and to think, we are going to do a study of birds this spring *sigh* wheres school when you need it? (how do you do the line cross thingy?)

Oh I got this one in the bag! the single largest man-made structure on earth is the city of atlantis! or maybe its the magma base...runescape maybe? It;s a decent size...pehaps some of the courses on halo 2...or the halo itself...oh, real man-made structures! Thats that landfill in new york! I learned about it last year, whadda ya know, school is there when you need it! (sometimes)

Oh, and btw, im greek so the atlas question was pretty easy for me. As your next question, might I suggest you ask for all the gods names in greek? Id like that extra 2 points. Erm, I mean...a challenging question! Ya thats it!
