You mean psybucks? If that is what you mean, you get them by having people donate to you (usually after winning a contest or if you sell something online) and you use them by buying something like sigs and stuff like that, and donate them to the person who you're buying from. If that isn't what you mean, I have no idea what you're talking about. And Amphy's answer didn't seem to help, because it's only 3 times a day, and is supposed to be taken with psypoke brand nutritious lowfat carbonated fruit juice.
