Well, PlayStation 2 is the only one I have, and also the only one I have access to (I'm talking about the big consoles, portable consoles don't count in my book, you can't even compare them to the big consoles). So, I choose that. I've got a couple games from the Final Fantasy series for it, GTA: Vice City, Spider-Man 2, a few other random, unimportant and old games (for example, Crazy Taxi), and my brother has a whole pile of NBA Live and FIFA games.

I have all the systems.
I buy them when they first hit the stores.
I prefer The Super Nintendo and The Nintendo 64. These two consoles had extrodanary games.
Skull Kid and I still play all the systems named but mostly the Super and 64.

You've never heard of Super Nintendo? Apparently you haven't been into videogames as long as some of us here. I still have my original NES hooked up and working. My favorite system is still N64, because in its time it was so superior to anything else, and me and my friends still have a blast playing Mario Kart 64, Conkers Bad Fur Day, and some other games.
Let's see, all the gaming systems I own are:
NES
(used to own) Super Nintendo
N64
GBC
GBA (old version)
Gamecube
And I'll probably be getting either a PSP or a DS over the summer, don't know which one yet though.

If you live someplace other then the US it might be called a different name, the Jap Name for the Super NES i think is 'Super Famicon' and the NES 'Famicon'.
Other then that like you said probably before your time.
My favorite would be the Sega Genisis (because I dont have a NES or SNES) I still play with it on the weekend with my 5 year old cousin, and the N64. honestly I dont know which is my favorite. I have most of the new systems other then the Xbox, and i play them all.
I guess 1 player games on the PS2, and 2players or more on the GameCube.

My favorite system is the Xbox. I own an Xbox, an N64, and a Sega Genesis (Desert/Jungle/Urban Strike owns!).

I'm guessing you haven't played Kirby SuperStar for SNES, Myuutsuu, personally I thought alot of the older games were better, probably now they are "restarting" on what happened.
I own,
NES
SNES
Gameboy Pocket
Gameboy Color
Gameboy Advance
N64
Playstation
Playstation 2
I don't own the X-Box, so I didn't get some extra things in some games that are also available for PS2.
I voted PS2.

As I've said before, Genesis all the way. Mine's still hooked up and working. In fact, it's just a few feet away from me right now. ^_^

I like the Xbox. It has Halo. (*some people I know*I know, I know, whats so great about Halo?) Well I'm glad you asked. First off it has great graphics, cool guns, and top notch multiplayer on and offline.

i say gameboy advance (even though i really love the super nintendo) because of one game: pokemon sapphire (or ruby[i usually say sapphire because just about everyone i know who plays pokemon has ruby], just the game in general really). i thought to myself: no way. i ain't gonna let pokemon take contlrol of me again. this is what i said when it first came out. after about a year or half a year (or some other time later than the release), i talked myself into buying it somehow. that was the best decision i ever made. pokemon sapphire made me not only happier game wise, but person wise too. it's ashame i'm surrounding by so many jocks that think pokemon is gay . at least i have one "pokefriend" to see in school. and now that i stumbled into this spectacular site, i feel at home. thanks psypoke!
(i'm sorry i got so offtrack)

I'm very open about what I like, especially Star Trek (for some reason). Oh and Ice Master, try not to double post.
