should i catch a unown early in the game??

should i catch a unown early in the game?? i can learn i think every move but is it worth it. o and r they considered legendarie

You can catch a few as soon as you go to Violet City. But to catch different kinds of Unown, you need to solve all the puzzles, which can only be accesed by Surf and Strenght in the Uninon Cave. They can't learn any move except Hidden Power and they're not considered legendaries.

Case in point: Never ever use an Unown to battle unless you enjoy watching a Pokemon get pounded into a coma.
It only learns one move, a move whose type and attack power is fairly difficult to figure out unless you know how, and it has the overall stats of a tuna sandwich. So yeah, Unown is a nice little novelty, but when it comes to battling you might as well just hand your prize money to your opponent and save some time. |

I only caught them when I beat the game and it took me so long to catch all 26 but theyre not worth catching early in the game

Yeah, they're in the ruins, right after the first gym leader. I don't know if you really want to bother with one though, except for the pokedex.

If they were legendaries i think they'd b a little harder to catch.
NO do NOT get them early in the game as they're useless at battling and everything else u do on g/s/c. if u like ending up at pkmn centers after every battle then unknown is best for you. _________________  Man...Swampert20 is talented... ^^ Look at that! |
