Okay, here is my thought.
1. - Do the MissingNo item cloning cheat on TM Mimic.
2. - Then teach a pokemon Mimic.
3. - Now, because pokemon can't have two of the same move, this has to be done in stages.
4. - Mimic the move you want from wherever (does a friend work (Linking)?) and teach the pokemon mimic again.
5. - Keep doing it until you have ANY moves you want.
Thats the idea.
I have two questions.
1. - Can the pokemon leanr Mimic more than once (but not at the same time)?
and...
2. - When you Mimic a move in a Link battle does it stay after the battle ends? I don't think it does, seeing as I don't think you can save in the trade/battle room.
Anyone feel free to try it.
And could someone answer my questions?

Mimic isn't like sketch, and it doesn't stay after the battle. (I don't think o.O)

Krisp is right, Mimic isn't overwritten by the move that you Mimicked for good, just for the match. You're confusing this with the Gems Generation's Sketch, which only Smeargle can learn.
And to answer your questions:
1) Mimic can be learned more than once, if the pokemon doesn't know it at the time of using the TM.
2) Mimic changes back from the Mimicked move to Mimic after each battle.
Hope this cleared some things up.

Perhaps you could have checked the Techdex beforehand for detailed explanations of the afore-mentioned moves
Here's the link to the Techdex: http://www.psypokes.com/dex/techdex.php
To summarise, Sketch is what you have in mind. Mimic returns to being Mimic after each battle. As for your query on whether a Pokemon can learn the same move twice, albeit at different times, the answer would have to be "yes", and it applies to all moves and not just Mimic.
Ah, this is getting repetitive Locking in process, but don't hesitate to PM me to get this topic re-opened if your queries haven't been answered fully.
