To get to glitch city go to Fuschia City and go to the Safari Zone walk inti the safari zone and then walk out push no when he asks you if you are done with your safari hunt then save your game. Turn it back on and walk out and when he asks you if you want to enter the safari zone press no. Then fly to Cinnibar island and surf up and downon the edge of the island where it looks like your surfing on half land just like if you were going to get missingno. After about 500 steps it will say PA: times up your safari game is over. Then walk out of the building and you will be in glitch city. Make sure not to save it while in glitch city. You will be stuck there forever.

Well, you can save in there, but you can only leave with fly...

Glitch City? What's in there? I've never heard of this before.

What I know is, go into the Safari Zone, use an Escape Rope, then Fly straight to Cinnabar Island. On that thin strip of water where you can find missingno, you will be able to encounter all the safari Pokemon in the section of the Safari Zone you last visited, and be able to capture them in the normal way instead of using dumb rocks and useless safari balls.

There's really nothing in there... well, I don't know how to explain how it is, mayde you should try it buy yourself by doing what Typhlosion2104 said!

snowball, that glitch about catching Safari pokemon with a battle, does it screw your game up and make it all glitchy? I'm having a hard time catching a Tauros and that way is tempting..

Honestly I don't see the point of all these topics. You're just posting random glitches of the game. Perhaps (if Psypoke doesn't have one already) you could suggest a section of the RBY portion of the site for cheats/glitches, but this is just pointless.
