The answer is yes.

I have another question about OHKO moves: will Endure work against one of these?

I'm guessing it will because I know the focus band does and they're like the same thing

1-hit KO's don't hit very often, but the hit percentage changes with the levels. Lower than yours=higher accuracy, higher than your=lower accuracy. My guess is if your Pokemon and their Pokemon are the same level, then it'll have the recommended accuracy of 30%. Just guessing, though.

As for the other OHKO question, I'm pretty sure Endure'll leave ya with 1 HP even if it was a one-hit KO move. I haven't tried it out yet, though.

I tried Enure when my opponents attacked with one-hit KO and it said but it failed so if you give endure your opponent cannot activate one-hit KO attack :P

I found that if it's just a level or two above yours, then it'll still hit, but not as often. i.e., lvl 56 *something* uses Horn Drill on lvl 59 *something*. It may hit.

Well, Firebreath, what levels were the Pokemon? The fail must have had nothing to do with the Endure.

Sheer Cold and Guilliotine are affected by level. Fissure and Horn Drill arent. Check the Psy...lab, I think it is.
