What is your favorite type of videogame.

Others, mainly.

I consider games like Super Smash Bros. Melee and Soul Calibur to be arcade games, and then there's totally odd games like Wario Ware and Chu-Chu Rocket that just may be puzzle games.

Adventure is pretty cool, I have mainly adventure games (5 of them being the games that are forbidden to discuss in this forum ^-^)

RPG, I'm a hard core Role Player, I love the good story line, Chrono Trigger, FFVIII, Lunar Legend, Golden Sun, BoFIV they're all great. But I'm also for the good adventure game, Zelda: Oot, is one of the bes adventure gams ever... *sigh* *Goes and starts plugging in Super Nintendo* Time for a New Game(+) of Chrono Trigger!

BTW: you mssed many generes, Fighting, Simulators, Puzzle...

Really, adventure is my thing. Its like a combination of everything, puzzle, RPG (playing the hero literally), etc.

I'm really quite fond of RPG's. I can get into an RPG pretty easily, and I usually can't go without getting as much extra stuff as possible.

Adventure is a very close second, one reason being that Majora's Mask is my favorite game.

RPG's rock. When I'm not playing Pokemon or Golden Sun on my DS, I'm usually playing a good MMORPG on my computer, such as Endless Online (I hate runescape, u only play this if u don't know any other MMORPGs)

Time splitters 1,2 are Action Adventure and of course shooting.Basically shooting.

I chose all the above, but i hate shooters, rpg and action are my favorite, but i love games that combine rpg, action, and adventuring

I like platforming games a lot. RPG's come in a clse second, followed by fighting games (like Mortal Kombat) and then 1st person shooting games (like Perfect Dark).

i like all of them but im not sure if i would like them all in one game

I'm more of a shoot em up guy, just lying in wait with a sniper rifle, and watching n00bs trying to decide if you're any good, then one of them makes the tinyest and most fatal mistake...... they look around the corner, one well aimed armour piercing bullet in the head later, and they're mate decides to stay put, I also like going in guns blazing, bullets flying in every direction, enemies slumped against the wall........ HUH?! oh sorry I must have gone day dreaming for a second there........ Ahhhhhh blasting enemys off tall buildings with a sniper rifle...... bliss.

Basically in every game i play everybody gives me the sniper rifle. most of the time i am about to hack up a guys face with a knife and a teamate will say"hey come get the sniper"

i am a total rpg addict and some adventure *cough*zelda *cough* lol

what about fighters fighters are like important and cool...I like fighters

I like RPG, because I like leveling up and getting stronger.

and kids racing games like Mario kart Double Dash and Crash Nitro Kart etc.
