I've seen the recruitment percentage section. And I've check who has the highest percentage it was 99% by Kyogre,Jirachi etc. Its way to high but when I recruited Kyogre I have a friend bow equipped an my level was around 60.Did it go over 100% !?

Kyogre is 50% by the way. And if the sum of the base percentage plus all available bonuses add up to more than 100, technically it just means that you are assured of recruitment. Whether it's over 100% or not doesn't matter. _________________   |

They aren't recruitable the first time around. So you'll need to go climb back down again. Mewtwo's base percentage is 99.9%, so he's a shoe-in. As for Ho-Oh, he's kinda high too. (I must have bad luck though; it took me FIVE tries to recruit him.)

5 Tries?! Ho-oh, lugia, Mewtwo, etc. Recruit percent is 99.9%
I never made it past Silver Trench 75F Even with all grass and Electric. _________________ I thought images could be 250 pixels high? But in sigs the height limit is 200?  |
