Who is your favourite Team used against E4 in saph, both with pokemon you have and fantasy teams?

Goin up against them soon (just need some trainin) Team is:

Body slam, calm mind, ice beam, hydro pump

Fake out, faint attack, shadow ball, confuse ray

Sandstorm, take down (soon 2b double-edge)(thank u rock head) iron tail, EQ

Sky uppercut, mirror move, blake kick, slash

supersonic, thunder, metal sound, tri attack

synthesis, sunny day, solar beam, aerial ace

And where are good training spots - all my pkmn need about 10 levels b4 they are good to go

Sceptile lvl 67 false swipe,leaf blade,mega drain and other move
Kyogre lvl 67 blizzard,water pump other water moves
walrein lvl 59 blizzard,rest.sleep talk and snore
Salamence lvl 65 dragon claw,dragonbreath,fly and scratch
Hariyama lvl 73 all fighting
Gardevoir lvl 70 psychic,confusion,hypnonsis and dream eater

this is my ultimate team for speed-E4

I beat all the E4 with this single Pokemon:

Lvl. 90+
Earthquake
Crunch
Flamethrower
DragonBreath

no wonder.. its above level 90!

...that reminds me, im thinking of removing sableye for with dragonbreath, rock throw, crunch, and screech. it still has the dark attack that i need for the first two of the e4, and now dusclops' EQ cant OHKO it!

In fact, my Flygon can defeat all the E4 because of its moveset:

Crunch for Phoebe's Pokemon
DragonBreath for Drake's
EQ and Flamethrower for Glacia's and Steven's Pokemon.
Flamethrower for Sidney's Cacturne and Shiftry.

I leveled my Flygon to lvl 100 long ago, so I can't remember at which level it could defeat all the E4 alone, maybe it can even do it at lvl 80.
