I ONLY rate for PMD 1, since I don't have the other game... @_@
I think I am the only one here rating-ish.
I am also a TM/HM abuser, as you can get most of them throughout the game again and again and again.
(the number of TM's I get range from 1 to some number less than 50... lol)
And usually for moves I examine if the Pokemon can attack range, or 1 square radius (like thunderbolt), or room (like silver wind), and number of PP's.

Well, here's my team. Keep in mind, it's MD1.

Lv 84 Phillip {sceptile}
IQ 8
Mega Drain+2
Leaf Blade+6
Detect
Bullet Seed+4
you have way too many grass type attack. consider switching out mega drain for dragon claw or something. bullet seed or leaf blade, you can also switch it out

Lv 55 Aristotle {flygon}
IQ 6
Dig
Dragonbreath+1
Earthquake
Sand Tomb
keep either dig, sandtomb, or EQ.
personally i keep sand tomb or dig and switch out other 2 for other TM like flamethrower, giga drain, iron tail, crunch

Lv 54 Ironheart {metagross}
IQ 8
Confusion
Psychic
Meteor Mash
Rock Smash
you don't need confusion if you have psychic... maybe sludge bomb for distance attack?

{charizard} level 54
heat wave
flamethrower
brick break
aerial ace
you can actually switch out aerial ace with iron tail/ wing attack for more PP's

{blastoise} level 40
ice beam
bite
surf
water gun
if i were you. Protect, Surf, Ice Beam (I thought Blizzard have more PP), Iron tail/ brick break

my team for pokemon mystery dungeon 1. need another move for blastoise i thnk, to replace water gun

~Water Gun+1
can you get water pulse?

My partner the Treecko {treecko} @Warp Orb(stupid me, btw useful for houses)
Lv. 18
~Leer, Pound(Linked)
~Absorb
~Quick Attack

can you get giga drain instead of absorb?

My friend the Zigzagoon {zigzagoon} @ Oran Berry
Lv. 12
~Tackle
~Sand Attack
~Tail Whip
~Headbutt
by now you should have pick up some TM's enough, use them on Zigzagoon

i just restarted md1 this month april

{machoke}
lv 30
-brick break
-karate chop
-seismic toss
-low kick
seismic toss i found it unreliable. switch it for flamethrower. i am not sure about low kick, maybe Thief(?!)

{quilava}
lv 30
-ember
-quick attack
-flame wheel
-flamethrower
flame thrower, quick attack, smoke screen, and whatever you want. Personally i would add Tackle...
and so far every boss was super easy less than 6 turns first try besides molt.

My PMD 1 (Red Rescue) team:
Me {sceptile} Lv. 65 Sol @Detect Band
Leaf Blade +2
Bullet Seed +2
Solarbeam (soon to replace with Brick Breack unless advised not to)
Giga Drain (I'm thinking about getting Mega Drain back)
Partner {swampert} Lv. 61 Muddy @Power Band (for now; I'm looking for another Detect Band, or maybe Joy Ribbon, if I find one)
Surf
Dive
Whirlpool
Take Down (I'm thinking getting Muddy Water or Mud Shot back)
Friend {moltres} lv. mid-60s~early 70s (I don't remember) Molty @Sitrus Berry
Ember
Wing Attack
Agility (I just got Aerial Ace. I'm sorely tempted to use AA on Molty)
Fire Spin
My brother's PMD 1 (blue rescue) team (he just restarted three days ago)
Him {pikachu} lv. 19 Isak @Special Band
Thundershock
Thunder Wave
Quick Attack
Tail Whip
Partner {charmander} lv. 17 Fire @Power Band
Ember
Metal Claw
Scratch
Growl
My PMD 2 (Darkness) team
Me {piplup} lv. 72 BoNa @Pecha Scarf
Whirlpool
Drill Peck
Brine
Hydro Pump
Partner {torchic} lv. 69 Torchie @Sitrus Berry
Flamethrower (TM)
Fire Spin
Slash
Hidden Power- I'm not sure (I'll replace as soon as I evolve her)
My Brother's PMD 2 (Time) team
Him {pikachu} lv. 75 Isak @Pecha Scarf
Thunderbolt
Shock Wave (TM)
Thunder
Brick Break (helped him 3 hit KO Darkrai)
Partner {chimchar} lv. 70 Flame @Racket Band (totally random! I think he lost Flame's Scope Lens)
Flamethrower
Nasty Plot
Slack Off
Dig (TM- Needed it for Dialga before he got Brick Break for Isak)
So yeah. That's my (and brother's) teams. Please write all over if you think I need to do something better. Oh yes, both of us are stuck at trying to get the Space Fabric thing from Palkia- we got Manaphy and Cresselia, and got Arcticuno by Wonder Mail and Friend Bow)

I need some moveset suggestions for Deoxys in Blue Rescue Team. Considering that it can not remember moves it has previously learned, I have no choice but to make sure it is perfect the first time around.
