Why does the shedinja in PMD have more than 1 hp?
And when it leveled up it gained hp!
That means its like every normal pokemon so the wonderguard is for what?

When Shedinja levels up it gains a random point in any one stat.
And it having more than 1 HP is to prevent it from being killed with just a normal attacks, which always do 1 damage to Shedinja, due to Wonder Guard. (The dungeon ones have 5 HP.)
All non-super-effective moves do 0 damage, but the Wonder Guard cannot block thrown items (i.e. a Gravelerock still will do 20 damage, and a Stick/Iron Thorn/Silver Spike will do damage according to your attack stat. For me, it was about 550 with a STICK, but that's because of the lvl 100 bit.)
Super-effective moves, however, will do at least 100 damage on average if you're around lvl 30 or so (higher with a higher level, but they only have 5 HP normally so there's no real point to that).
