I think pokemon emerald is way too short..I recomend gold silver and crystal but on the other hand pokemon emerald and ruby and saphaire have

Yes but at least you have the battle frontier. In fire red the only thing to do is battle and beat(i hope everyone does) the elite4. If they make a third remake of kanto there should be a sevvi island leage or something but you battle instead of doing the challenges Ash did. Or even better if you get access to Jhoto.

They should make the ultimate game with all the versions in it.
it would be like so freaking awesome.but it would cost like 100 bucks.

Then nobody would buy the other games, besides... some of us dont have that money. (Especially in south America, where they are much more expensive).


Pokemon emerald storyline is way to short, but the battle frontier is really challenging and it makes up for it.

It is just as long as Ruby and Saphire's storyline. There are even more things added in, making it longer. I think its fine. And as people have said, you have to battle frontier to keep you occupied.

I admit it's hard but it's fun because if you beat it then what will you do. And I like the new Magma/aqua storyline.

Try to win the battle frontier gold symbols I have raised different teams just to beat it.

Find the 6 feebas tiles. On one phrase (Don't just go "I found 1" *changes* "I found #2" etc.

Ooh, here's something that will take a long time - get a shiny of every pokemon. That should keep you busy.

Man, all that would take a while. I've never seen a shiny pokemon much less caught one.

I think Emerald is just fine. The Battle Frontier will keep me busy forever.

How can you say it's too short? The Battle Frontier is good, and getting your Pokedex full is a real challenge. The good thing about Pokemon games is that there is no "real end". You can still raise teams once you've beaten it.

I agree with sableye. Besides the game isn't so short.

its not that the game is too short, if you played ruby or sapphire then you know how to prepare for setaint taskt and battles, thus making it easyer and when things are easyer and more practiced, it takes less time

All the pokemon are simple tasks get all 8 badges and finsih while the elite 4 is easily done. I wish nther e were like ultra challangeslike one game that had more then 8 badges.and the elite4 had like 80-90 pokemon now thats a challange id prwepair for.

And yes i have all silver and working on my last gold.i need beat the battle dome.

does ne one now a good team to get the battle done thing ive tried my other team work.

edit:if i have to raise other pokemon to a certain lvl i will.and what is the rewqard for getting all the badges in battlefrontier?

For the battle dome gold symbol use shedinja, the dome ace tucker can´t touch it, trust me.

Still I seriusly doubt a team like that could have beaten the battle frontier.

What did you get when you won all silver symbols? You should know since you did it.

trained it lots of items made sure they were all in perfet psosition dome ace is good but shedinja is weak it would die easily to one of the thing b4 i battle dome wich means i only have 2 more pokemno to rely on.

Team challenge! Im doing this on my emerald and its pretty fun!/hard/easy/slow. The idea is you take the team you belong to here at psypoke and you start the game using only pokemon from that team. Judging by your Avy/Sig, Id say you belonged to team inferno, meaning you would go throught the game using only fire, ground and rock. You would start with torchic and only catch those types/pokemon that evolve into those types. It can be hard sometimes, especially when most gym leaders OWN at least one of those types(with the exeptions of wallace, Flannery, and Norman)So its a real challenge! I took the midnight challenge wich is actually pretty easy given the pokemon you can get, and I still had a hard time! You dont have to take the inferno challenge either, theres the psyche challenge, the hydro challenge, the solar challenge, and midnight of course.

alkazhor i do not always train the fire types i like the pokemon that seem strong in the tv shows alakazam dragonite gyardos grouden kyogre rayquaza salemence etc.

Thats what makes is so challenging, that you can only use those types.
