I would say use it on Lugia. If you don't, it will completely own your team unless you snag it very luckily. Whereas, just hit Dragonite with an Ice attack that won't kill it, but weaken it, and hope for the best. BTW, Lugia owns the bosses' team. Shadow is super-effective against Shadow, and Lugia packs one heck of a punch. So leave an extra slot in your party before trying to catch it. Keep in mind that this is my opinion; I'm not forcing you to do anything. -Gardevoir~ |

Yes Lugia..... This maybe my opinion but the game is made so you have to get Shadow Lugia in the Master Ball. Believe me I've tried, even after it had a stats problem and Hp in the red I still couldn't get it. Well I got dragonite it took me one try to snag it, and with a luxery ball. So that is what I think. |

Well lucky for me I won a master ball from the lilycove dept store and traded it over before I captured dragonite, so it was a breeze for me. |
