Anyway, the location of Feebas is totally random in every game, so why would you want to know where people found their Feebas? :?

EDIT: Thanks for shifting this, whichever moderator/frontier brain you are :D

and i know that he appears randome im just asking so ppl knows like the higher the percentage it will be easyer for ppl that dont knoww much about feebas to catch him

Depending on what your popular phrase in Dewford, and a LOT of other complicated game machanics, is where Feebas will appear. It is totally RANDOM. No, no asking your freind where they got Feebas, changin the popular phrase to thiers then expecting to capture it. However, if you mix records with the freind, I think it will work.

He had like, a lot of {feebas}s and I had a lot of {pichu}s. And then, {pichu} is also a lot of work to get in RS...

And b.t.w. he trades two {feebas} for two {pichu}

i was dinkin around today, saw the feebas guide and noticed it didnt say which rods it could be caught with...

It can be caught with all of them. Oh and by the way I found mine down in the water next to the grass near the tree secret base.
