Could I get some help on this? What I understand is that the PRNG is very predictable, and that if you do things right you can control what you get by breeding or catching wild pokemon. What I don't get/refuse to believe is that humans are supposed to be able to do anything within a 16 millisecond window of time. If that's correct, then are we just supposed to try repeatedly until we manage to press the button within that tiny 16ms time frame? |

Yes. Yes you are. Humans are very precise beings and can do nearly anything with enough practice. |

I'm not sure I'm doing this right. The timer says I'm overshooting or undershooting by a frame or two, but the IVs my eggs are getting don't match any of the frames near the one I'm aiming for. Any ideas on what I'm not doing right? |
