hello, today i have a decnt team for battle tower: (lv 50)

-absol W/ swords dance, substitute, aerial ace, slash.
-aggron W/ earthquake, iron tail, double edge, iron defence.
-hariyama W/ belly drum, foresight, smellingsalt, cross chop.

NOTES: -for hariyama use 252 ev (points) in attack and hp, too. the other points i use them in speed.
-for absol 252 ev (points) in attack, 200 in defense and 58 points in speed.
-for aggron 250 ev (points) in defense, 180 in atk and 180 in special defense.
- i put in first slot absol. in first turn use substitute, after use swords dance and attack.
-if you want to make (almost) instant kills use hariyama on first slot, in first turn use belly drum, them cross chop/ smellingsalt

i would like that you post your team. im new in this, so i (and like all of us) need some help...

I have a number of pokemon I use in the Battle Frontier, but I would say my standard top 3 (non-Battle Palace) are probably:

Starmie @ Shell Bell, Serious Nature
Surf
Psychic
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt

Breloom @ Brightpowder, Bashful Nature
Focus Punch
Giga Drain
Spore
Leech Seed

Latios @ Leftovers, Quirky Nature (also great in the Battle Palace)
Luster Purge
Dragon Claw
Surf
Thunderbolt

Although... looking back on these pokemon, and their natures/IVs, I'm not sure why I trained them in the first place (except Latios). I could do significantly better rebreeding them. They've still done pretty well for me, though. Starmie is fast and deadly against most opponents, Breloom does the Spore-Focus Punch combo, and Latios is also just generally a really good sweeper.
