I know that you recieve Jirachi through the bonus disc, but I am just wondering is it really possible to recieve a shiny Jirachi that way or is there an another way to recive a Jirachi thats legit and not through tradeing |

It is possible. And there's no other legitimate way to obtain Jirachi either. |
