Hi there, I have a query concering the pokemon "Celebi". A number of years ago during the pokemon "10th Anniversary" event that happened (this one was at an England visit by the tour), I met a guy whom I traded one of my pokemon with in exchange for his Celebi on my pokemon Emerald game. Judging by his pokemon he seemed like the kind of guy who'd have a legit Celebi lying around, but I don't have any real idea if it is or not. Now I'm into 4th gen and this celebi would be a very nice asset to my battle team IF it is legit because I like to remain 100% legit on my pokemon games and celebi's arn't exactly easy to come by. So I'm asking if anybody can tell me one way or the other if the following could be / appears to be legit or "must be a hacked one" or whatever. No251 Celebi/CELEBI (pokeball) Lv100 PROFILE OT/msytry IDNo06930 ABILITY NATURAL CURE Heals upon switching out. TRAINER MEMO BOLD nature, obtained in a fateful encounter at Lv30. ITEM RIBBON LEFTOVERS RIBBONS: 2 STATS HP 384/384 SP.ATK 252 ATTACK 212 SP.DEF 280 DEFENSE 280 SPEED 241 EXP. EXP.POINTS 1059860 NEXT LV. 0 Can anybody say for sure either way or if it seems okay or not? |

I've just had another poke about, and noticed that the ID number matches that of the Toys 'R' us MSYTRY mews that were given out back in 2006 which also matches the time frame I got it in. It's just like a level 30 Celebi instead of a level 10 mew, but otherwise identical. This confuses me, I've never heared of a Msytry Celebi before, but I don't know what to believe. |

I believe it is illegit, because the correct ID is MYSTRY and there's no MYSTRY Celebi anyway, the only one with that ID number/OT is the MYSTRY Mew. So yes, it is probably hacked. |

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it is hacked, and they pretty much summed it up, so, the odds are that it is hacked. |

I never actually trained it, got it at level 100 but never bothered to work out what the IVs for it are. Just did so and the only possible is that it has 31 IVs across the board for everything, along with a balanced EV spread. That puts the final nail in the coffin for me, which is a shame too. I really wanted it to be legit so that I could use it. |

Actually... there is another way to see if its real.Go on gts and trade it.if it gets a message?this pokemon may not be offfered for a trade!? then it means its hacked..but if it does trade you dc immediatly then you wont lose your celebii yeah hacked pokemon have made there way into the GTS but as long as it is tradable it is not much of a burden as you orginally thought... hopes this helps |
