Hey i was wondering if any of you thought they might make a remake of RSE? Just think, RB were remade 2 Generations after they were made (LG and FR). So is GSC (Heart Gold nad Soul SIlver) So what if they made a 5th generation? Would they remake RSE??? (I know it's crazy) Please share your thoughts. Thanks :) |

They could do that... But when they do, it'll be years ahead from now... Besides, they did RB and GS... Why not go on with the trend they started and continue with RS? |

If they make a remake of RSE, I suspect it'll be after Nintendo's Next-Gen handheld (whatever comes after the DS) is released. |

I don't think so personally, because the DS and DS Lite can still play GBA games. The remake of RBY into FRLG and the current HGSS are so that we can play these games on the DS, a common platform for the other Advance Generation games. Granted, the DSI doesn't allow GBA games to be played since they have removed the slot, but if so that would mean that they should be making FRLG remakes (aka RBY re-re-makes) in addition to the RSE remakes. |

If Nintendo wanted to have every reason seen in at least one game from Generation IV, it is possible. I think it won't happen for a while it is going to though. |

One thing I've been thinking of is that the 5th Gen (If there is one) Will come out when a new consol comes out, GB, GBColor, GBA, NDS/L/i >>> etc... so the new pokemon cant be traded to D/P/PT/HG/SS read serebiis gen machanic |

They probably won't, since we still have access to and play these games. Maybe in 2012/3 we'll start seeing remakes of RSE. FRLG came out about nine years after RB, and HGSS are...Eleven years after GSC? (correct me if I'm wrong). I think Nintendo WILL remake RSE, just not for a couple more years. |

If memory serves me correct, Gold and Silver came out in 1999, and then Crystal followed suite in 2000. So nine or ten is more accurate. I personally want a remake that doesn't rely on batteries for saving though... Poor Suicune. ;_; |

In a different note, if they made a 5th Generation, #1. The game would not be compatible to trade back and forth with DPP/HGSS #2. It would be on a newer console/handheld #3. It would be a few years from now, (possibly 3-5 years from now). |

The DS doesn't show any signs of dieing at all so, expect 5th gen on the DS. |
