I'm no rater but I'll still give my opinion *emphasis on opinion*...

For Blaziken:
Earthquake & Overheat>Mirror Move & Blaze Kick...

For Shedinja:
Well, If you want to BP try Ninjask. It learns both Agility and Swords Dance. With the Speed Boost ability and already top speed, you'll always BP first...

For Wailord:
To tell you the truth I haven't used it yet and no plan to use it in the future. So do as you please with it...

For Salamence:
Crunch & Dragon Claw>Rain Dance & Surf. That would make it a SpecSweepr...

First, type your sets in standard format
Pokemon @ Item
nature @ EVs
move
move
move
move

Second, you did not state where you're using this team...I assume somewhat competitive due to EndureRev Blaziken

Blaziken @ Salac
Hasty/Naive 252 Atk 252 Spd 6 SpA/HP
Endure
Reversal
Overheat / Fire Blast
Swords Dance / Earthquake / Sky Uppercut

even after a surf from milotic,my blaziken can use reversal to OHKO it.
Switch in on something that will switch out, Swords Dance on the switch, Endure your counter's attack, and Reversal everything with Salac boost. Overheat for a more powerful Fire move, but if you really need another attacking move, Fire Blast still gets Blaze bonus.

If you know you can get a Swords Dance Baton Pass from Ninjask, you can get away with a 3rd attacking move.

Shedinja @ Lum
Adamant 252 Spd / 252 Atk

Silver Wind
Shadow Ball
Toxic
Protect

Your opponent is forced to switch in a counter whenever you switch in Shedinja, so attack or Toxic on the switch. Protect to scout for SE moves.

If you want Baton Passer, go with
Ninjask @ Leftovers / Liechi
Jolly 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
Substitute
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
Silver Wind / Aerial Ace

make your HP divisible by 4, sub 3 times and you can pass +3 Spd and +1 Spd with Liechi. Or if you want to be able to switch Ninjask in later and BP again, use Leftovers. If you can get in a Swords Dance, even better.

Wailord @ Leftovers
Quiet / Modest 252 SpA / 124 HP / 132 SD
Earthquake / Ice Beam
Water Spout
Rest
Sleep Talk

stab bonus...duh...
Useless in 3rd gen to have 2 or more attacking moves of the same type. RestTalk allows Wailord to heal and abuse Water Spout.

Salamence @ Leftovers
Modest/Rash/Mild 252 SpA / 252 Spd / 6 HP

Dragon Claw
Hydro Pump / Surf
Fire Blast / Flamethrower
Hidden Power Electric / Earthquake / Aerial Ace

OHKO Charizard.
Again, Surf + Hydro Pump is redundant. The last physical move can be used over a good Hidden Power to attack special walls.

Teach Blasiken Sky uppercut and earthquake.

I also think you should teach Salemence Crunch and Dragon Claw and get rid of Surf and Rain dance. Might not be a bad idea to teach it fly eaither.

A good moveset for Charizard would be Fire blast, Fly, Earthquake, and Slash or Flamethrower.

Salamence can't even learn surf.

But Salamence can learn it if you breed it with the right Pokemon, just like it can learn Hydro Pump by breeding it with a Gyrados that knows Hydro Pump.

I would also like to add some advice on the Endure / Reversal moves.
If you are fighting another person in real life i wouldn't use this tecnique simple because of the fact that as soon as a Pokemon uses Endure i simple change to Aggron and see how much damage they do to it using Reversal. Also it would be smarter to use Endure and then something like Hynosis and then Flail and then if there's any Hp left Dream Eater or Giga Drain etc. that take their health and give to you.

Salamence cant learn Surf. Hydro pump and Rain Dance are the only water moves that Salamence can learn (Hydro Pump from Gyarados, Rain Dance from TM or Breeding)(In RSE/FRLG, Salamence can learn Aqua Tail on Platinum). As for EndRev, just make sure your pokemon is faster than your opponents and can OHKO them with Reversal or a different move, watch out for Tyranitar's and watch out for Quick Attack/Extreme Speed/Mach Punch.
