I have recently found alot of intell that if you get the 200 Hoenn Pokemon then you can get the 3 starters for GSC, and if you help Prof. Birch escape the wild Pokemon you can get the other two starts for the 3rd Gen. I just wanna know if these are true because even my friends have said you could. Also I want to confirm that you can only get Jirachi from Pokemon on Gamecube, a cheat, or Nintendo Event; Deoxys from Nintendo Event or cheat; or the other Legendaries from the previous generations through trade, cheat or Event. I've heard about the Tickets, and if you can get them without a cheat and its programed into the game I would love to know how to get one. |

Completing the Hoenn Dex in RSE does get you a GSC starter. The one about Prof. Birch is false. Jirachi is only available from the Pokemon Colosseum bonus disk, or a cheat. All the other legends are obtainable through cheats or Nintendo events. The tickets are distributed at special Nintendo events, but not anymore I think.
