I just started playing emerald on the emulator and im finding it harder than ruby and saphire. Is it suppose to be that way? Sorry if this question has already been asked. |

I just recently got Pokemon Emerald and I think it's about the same, if not a little easier. Maybe it's just the Pokemon team you've constructed? (mainly) Because of all the early-on fire, ground, and bird Pokemon, I had to get rid of my Dustox, and now my Ninjask is starting to cause me all sorts of problems... But, good luck to you!

The remakes are always harder than the originals. In the game I'm playing now, I only fought the E-4 once (and just barely won) and I'm still afraid to battle them again with my team of Lv70's because they're that strong! And then there's Steven...  
AND you have to fight both evil teams instead of one, and all seven frontier brains (twice), and everyone's stronger than before. It's definitely harder. I think it's more fun that way. |

Yeh cuz I looked on the mainpage and theres like more stuff in gyms than the original and the gym leaders have like more pokemon. I have a weird strategy to the game though. I just train up 1 guy and get him to cream everyone until I can get the legendaries then ill half use them and half use my starter but the pokemon I catch at the start are useless to me. |
