the door that is locked in mossdep city what do u have to do to unlock it?????

IDK HOW TO OPEN IT.
it is only on ruby and sapphire not in emerald.
in emerald the jump rope game is there

Originally there was going to be some way to get past it but that is no longer the case. Maybe you can in the Japanese version or something. Maybe it requires the E-Reader but I'm not sure if they even make those anymore and you'd have to buy the cards as well.

It is in emerald, but in Sootopolis.
I think I used E-reader and special pokemon E-cards and got past it.
I think you would have to go to Nintendo's Web store or someplace that sells old Nintendo merch. Nintendo says Pawn Shops and Garage Sales are the 2 easiest ways to obtain that stuff.

The basement key for New Mauville does not work.

It is for the E reader. I tried it once and so did my friend.
