i've got a problem because to get a jotho starter i need to have 200pokemon caugth in national dex or in hoenn dex??

You need to catch every Pokemon in the Hoenn dex. |

I don't think  and  are in the Hoenn Dex. Why not click around the website?

Jirachi and Deoxys are 201 and 202 in the Hoenn Dex, respectively, but since they are events (similar to what Mew and Manaphy are in their regional Dexes), they are not required. But you need to actually catch all 200, not just see them. |
