I cant find a pikachu with light ball in emerald even using compound eyes(yanma). I used to have a pichu with volt tackle but it dissapered(might of traded!) Can anyone give me any tips? Please!!!!!!!! |

Have "neither" as an option is what I think 
Volt-Tackle is good as a kamikaze move, ie - you have 5 hp left, you know you are faster than the opponent, so if you die, might as well bring them down. But thats only good sometimes. Go with thunderbolt > thunder all of the time, unless you have a rain dance set (you have no business doing that as Surfchu is better with sub > rain dance anyway). My point - get the lightball, not volt-tackle. |

pichu(pikachu/raichu)@damp rock (if not on d/p yet i have no idea what to give it) rain dance thunder surf nasty plot (once again need p/d) much better than volt tackle |

That makes his SpAtk soar through the roof. And also lolsurf. The only Pikachus with Surf were in PStadium2 and PBR, iirc. - DNA |
