Well that was a disk for the Gamecube that you got when you preordered Pokemon Colosseum. So there are not that many disks out there, but you can use a bonus easy if a friend of yours has one. If not then buy it from E-Bay or something.
Note: The Jirachi bonus can only be used once per game. So the number of RSE versions you have equals the number of Jirachis you can obtain.

Um... it means exactly what he said. You can only get one jirachi per game cartridge with the bonus disc. So, if you only have one game cartridge, you can only get one Jirachi.

I thought what I said was pretty clear, and JsXtm seems to understand.
You can get one Jirachi per game, but if you have more than on R/S/E game you can more Jirachis. So you can get a Jirachi for every R/S/E game you own. (# of R/S/E games owned = # of Jirachis you can get)

Or you can just do it the easy way and buy an Action Replay to get Jirachi plus the rest of the unattainable legendaries.

Well the AR thing, should be a last resort. If it is possible to get Jirachi the fair way easily then do it the fair way. If a friend of yours has Gamecube, GBA cable, and the bonus disk then you could get on from them. If you can't get it any other way then just use AR.

The bonus disc came with PRE-ORDERS of Colosseum. You may be able to find a bonus disc on Ebay, but chances are if you buy Colosseum from a regular retailer, it won't have the bonus disc either. And yes, you need a Gamecube to use the bonus disc.

The sellers on ebay will mail what you buy to you. As such, you may or may not be able to even buy the items on Ebay. You pay online, so you'll need either a credit card or a Paypal account.
I think perhaps you should read the Big Thread that answers all your questions in the Help section, it answers most questions pertaining to trainer cards. The Psypoke Trainer Cards (like the one I have) do not have Friend Code on them. If you want a custom trainer card, you need to request it from a shop in Sunyshore Market. Same goes for custom graphics like the one Groudon King has.

OR instead of buying it off of Ebay you could buy it off of Amazon.com. I've seen it on there plenty of times, selling for $20-40 American dollars. Or you can go to ebay, type in "Emerald Tickets" and get a guy to do it for you. However, if you have people problems do not do the "Emerald Tickets" one.

I heard that if you earn all the ribbons for one Pokemon in the contest hall, you get a free Jirachi.

Nope, not true. I've gotten all ribbons for one of my Delcatty. Nothing happened except for that picture thing. D:

Well that would be stupid becuase you would lose your first Jirachi I know what you meant. Trade jirachi, restart, take another jirachi and so on. That worked for me.
