Do CodeBreakers (VBA) also corrupt the game or do somethng it dosen't usually do???? Cuz I want to complete the Hoenn dex Ive got Latios All the Hoenn Legends and mostly all the Hoenn Pokemon I'm short on one thing..... LATIAS.........How do I get it wo Trading or getting out of the Philippines and Going to America or Japan just to get the Ticket...... An answer would really be appreciated

There's no way to get Latias (if you already have Latios) without either restarting or getting the event ticket that unlocks the other Lati.
