Yeah how do u make sure that u've unlocked latios? i beat the elite four and i think i clicked on the tv but im not sure. is it required to click on it? can i go back and click later?

And I don't know the answer, but I think you have to click on the TV.

when you click on the tv. you unlock him(i didnt say in first post) but to see the area where he is after you encounter him after you can go to the bottom of your pokedex and click on one of the lati@s nad click area to find out where he is.

note:if you fly cloose the his/her location it will go somewhere else

I've beaten the Elite Four a few times now and still haven't gotten the TV notice. Do I need to keep fighting them or what? (I'm on Ruby)
