Latios. Blue > Red, and Better Attack stats > Better Defense Stats.

I say Latias because it's sprite is cooler than latios and It helped me win my battle dome silver symbol.

Latias as they are both special sweepers and Latios has higher Atk. which is unnecessary.And I surprisingly caught a Latias with the Best nature TIMID

If you have Ruby as well, go for Latias. If you have Sapphire, Latios. I'd just go with whichever I didn't already have.

Depends what you are using them for. If for Sweeping Latios is your best choice. Or if you use one of them for a Defense then Latias is the better choice. So all in all they are both good for something. But I prefer Latios anyday.

BTW, you're able to use the latis in your b.frontier? i couldnt use mine in my game...

yeah lati's are aloud in battle frontier... in fact one of the frontier brains use em including some of the other non uber legendaries..

I chose  because I think luster purge looks better then mist ball and he helped me get my silver symbol in both the dome and the pyramid.

I voted Latias. Here are my points of views -
Latias = Cute
Latios = Cool
Latias = better defense
Latios = better offense
