I know it was in GSC but can you get it in FR/LG or RSE? Would be nasty for perish song and

Quite a few Water-types still learn it by levelling-up. I'm not sure if Lapras does though.

ya i dont think it does, but it def could learn it in gsc so i was just wondering. Would be pretty sweet.

I think so, but i don't think lapras can. I leveled one up and it never learned whirlpool.

No, Lapras definatly cannot learn Whirlpool, but
here's a list of Pokemon that can learn Whirlpool in this generation. |

You can get the HM in FR/LG as I have it. But you need an Action Replay for it. Use the Infinite TMs cheat and you'll have HM07, Whirlpool. It's pretty useless IMO but if you want it, go get it.
