Ok, so I just caught Defense Deoxys. I'm happy, cause it has a careful nature and it has a cool nickname. But, I need help on my moveset. I cant find a Defense Deoxys Standard set in that thread. Please help.

teach it a move like..........well any attacking move.
or you could teach it.....
taunt
counter
mirror coat
seismic toss 
mod note to lapras7surfer and soulmaster: Deoxys cannot learn Swords Dance or Belly Drum.

You might like one of the following movesets
Deoxys@Leftovers
Seismic Toss
Shadow Ball
Recover
Counter/Mirror Coat/Toxic
Seismic Toss for steady damage, while Shadow Ball is to take down a ghost if they consider bringing it in. The last move would be up to you.
or
Deoxys@Leftovers
Calm Mind
Psychic
Recover
Counter/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
Calm Mind up and Deoxys will be a force. Counter if you want to try to send back a Physical attack or Ice Beam/Thunderbolt if you would rather go that route.
or
Deoxys@Leftovers
Cosmic Power
Recover
Toxic
Seismic Toss/Psychic
Cosmic Power up and keep recovering Recover until Deoxys becomes an inpenetrable wall.
or
Deoxys@Leftovers
Taunt
Psychic/Night Shade
Toxic
Recover
Toxic them, Recover or chip away and taunt any status/recovery moves.
