I totally agree with you. I loved the johto region. It was huge, had both day/night as you stated, Radio, and you could call. Oh, and I almost forgot that your mom buys you things if you let her hold money. The ONLY thing that is a flaw is the graphics. If they made another later version that would be awesome. |

I think it would be a great idea! I've already got potential names for them. They would be GoldenSun and SilverMoon. In my opinion, they sound great! Except, "GoldenSun" might get Nintendo in legal issues, if you know what I mean. |

I love the idea, and still, with remakes for the Advance, you have Kanto (FR/LG) and Hoenn (R/S) on one system, then you can complete the National Dex without Emerald. and such. |

ya it would be cool but unlike the remakes of kanto you should be able to catch poke from ruby saphirre and emerald right in the begging like you could catch ralts right at where you have to get the thing from Mr.Pokemon But I dont really like the day night thing it should be you have to change eevee into espeon or umbreon so you have trade eevee into gold silver or crystal and if its in the day it evolves into espeon but if its in the night it evovles into umbreon |

I apologize if anyone thinks I'm necroposting, but I have something to add. I think the DS might prompt Nintendo to revisit Johto. The DS only accepts DS or GBA games, so while DS players have access to the Kanto league (by playing LF/FR) and the Hoenn League, DS players are missing out on the Johto League. Considering that the DS market is big bucks, that might prompt Nintendo to do a DS-compatible remake of Johto. I'm not sure if they'll opt for a GBA game or go for a DS game though. The advantage of doing a GBA remake is that it can tap into the GBA and DS market, but on the other hand many DS players don't want to play GBA games (DS graphics are better). So imo a remake of Johto isn't such a far-fetched idea if you take the DS market into consideration. |
