Start From Scratch?

Ok, so I have a Jynx I've been training (I caught it when it was lvl.22, and it's a lvl.32 now.) and I just realized it doesn't learn any Psychic moves leveling up, which is half the reason I wanted to train it... :(

Should I:
a)Hatch a Smoochum, have it learn Psychic at lvl.35, then teach it Ice Beam using a TM,
or
b)Keep my Jynx, teach it Psychic using a TM, and keep its original Ice moves?

Well, in the game, you won't be able to get the Psychic TM until Kanto so you're Jynx would be left without it until then... If you want one with Psychic, you should probably get a Smoochum, level it up and give it Ice Beam. She'll also learn Powder Snow and Avalanche along the way.

I had no idea that you get Psychic so late in the game... Well, I guess it's good that I've already started training my Smoochum!

Train up a {smoochum} trust me in the long run it will be better than catching a {jynx} and training it from there
