I have all 16 badges, beat Red, and beat the elite 4 and wen i go 2 the dragon's den and talk to the old dude he tells me about Lance. HELP

I had the same problem! Go to the Dragon Type Gym and talk to Clair the Leader. She'll give you a TM, then go back, with a gap in your party, and get the Dratini. (Might be worth saving it infront of the Master so you get the gender/nature you want. |
