You can buy it from the Pokeathlon on certain days, I'm not sure about which days though, nor the cost.

What Pokemon are you planning on getting. The only pokemon you can get from it is {politoed} and {slowking} . And if you are desperate, PM me becaus eI have a couple, so maybe we can work something out.
