I've already looked at all the places listed...it says they will appear 30% of the time at night when fishing...I've used both good and super rods and i simply cannot find one...where else can i look? |

Then you are unlucky I guess. Psypoke's locations are exhaustive; you can't find the Pokemon anywhere else other than in the locations listed. Here's Staryu's locations page again if you need it: http://www.psypokes.com/dex/psydex/120/location |

It's not that you're too unlucky, just be diligent and patient. It took forever to find some of the Pokemon I want, (I mean, come on, 1% chance of finding it at all?) but I buckled down, and kept coming back, and eventually catching the thing. Just keep trying, and the results will astound you. Hope this helps. AEPMT

fish inside of the cerulean gym at night, it's relatively common |
