I know how to get them (and that's already hard enough), but what would be a good team to take to them? What kind of balls do I use?
And if there's not that help, what movetypes to use against each of the Regis?
Thanks in advance.

Just use Nest Balls or Ultra Balls when their are weak and everyone are in LV 40 so get a pokemon in Lv 35-45 with some Yawn hypnosis or something, for Regice use a Rock, Ground or Fire pokemon for Regirock use Water and Registeel use an Fighting or Fire but beware when they use Superpower and Curse then they get higher Speed and attack, hope that helps

If they stat up, use Haze on them to remove the stat changes. Try putting them to Sleep or Paralyzing them - Sleep is better but Paralyze lasts longer. If you have a False Swiper, send it out after you get them into the red to lower them to 1 HP. (Superpower lowers stats, not raises them though).
Then, bring along around 50 Ultra, Great, and Timer Balls (you may need that many). Every 10 turns, the chance of catching with a Timer Ball increases. I wouldn't use Nest Balls, those are really for weaker pokemon.
Good luck.

You could train it in Elite Four with Exp. Share or in Victory Road

You could use the masterball after its been cloned.
Anyway, Something with hypnosis/spore/yawn, and false swipe vs. regice (won't do anything to the others as they resist).
Bring in pokemon that are powerful, but not too powerful. Remember, these are level 40.
Avoid confusion, and don't use a pressure pokemon. The struggle may kill them.

Thanks for all the info, Peanut-Lover and alexahnon. Assumedly, a Master Ball would work, but I don't feel like cloning it due to issues it could cause with my savefile. And I don't want that to go on me.
Too bad False Swipe doesn't work on Regirock/Registeel. That would help a lot, even if I had a lot of balls. Thanks for the advice on where to train.
Wailmers are particularly difficult to level up...

That's why I said in my other post to bring the False Swiper out after it's in the red, cause then you should be able to do enough damage over 2-3 hits to bring it to 1 HP...
But it's not necessary to use a False Swiper, I caught all the Regis just fine without it. It would make it slightly easier of course...

For Regice, use a slight fire type move and a little electric
Regirock use about a level 32 grass type or lvl 25 water type.
Registeel use about a lvl 25 to 35 fire type
Remember you will always need to have a pokemon that can paralyze or put to sleep

Don't backseat moderate. You're not on staff, and acting like it annoys the people who ARE on staff a lot.
