ive cought completed the dex but i still have not got the starter can somewhon tell me all the pokemon you can catch or get on emerald plz......

Hmm... Have you checked it all through?

You need all threee games, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, to fully complete the dex; you need to trade the ones you can't get in Emerald from R/S to Emerald. Have you done that yet?

when you talk to the professor, how many pokemon does he say you have caught? that will give us a clue as to how to help you.

the proffser will also give you a hint on where to go next.
