what part of kanto are you in? Did you defeat the elites, yet? are you about to? there are several ways. please specify....

1.) If you are in the pokemon center for indigo plateau, there should be a guy there who will teleport you back

2.) If you are in vermillion city (ie, you beat the elite 4), you must wait for the ship. Unless you dealt with the magnet train.

3.) If you have someone with teleport on your team, and you last recovered in johto, use teleport

Go to Indigo plateau then beat the elite 4 you'll be back to new bark town
