Chespin for me mostly because the grass type is one of my top 3 favorites.

I would go with either greninja or delphox because they have excellent stats and a beast movepool that chesnaught simply cannot handle.

My most favorite starter in Gen.6 has to be the Fennekin line, I was sold as soon as I noticed the newly introduced starters! ^_^ Delphox turned out to be a great addition to my teams, so I couldn't be happier ;)
