All in all, I think it would enhance your gameplay. Wouldn't it just be so much more exciting/interesting if as you encountered Pokemon, you were discovering them at the same time?? While rare Pokemon might elude your notice, all in all, I think it would make the (first) gameplay much better.
Unfortunately, I've already spoiled them all for myself

Totally agree with what Rex said.. it will bring a better feeling when you play the game but it i so hard to resist looking at the spoilers. I've glanced over the sprites and traler videos but i don't know an awful lot about B/W myself which i think is a good thing because i'm really looking forward to getting it when it comes out in the UK and i'll be spending most of my time on it after i buy it.

I have only looked at the pokemon...months ago, so that I will forget about them before I get my hand on the games & also, I don't find it that much of a spoiler as I haven't exactly looked at their Base Stats & movesets except for the Starter families' Base Stats & that is it...
Other then that, I have been stirring clear of any content spoilers except for the Event occasions which I know about so far but they are irrelevant so...
