Glad you agree. Then you wouldn't have to battle clones of yourself if a same-gendered friend of yours has the same game. XD

Yeah & to be honest, it really "grinds my gears" when I see the same person all the time...

Well.. you are fighting a counterpart of yourself (although it's always nice to run into a female sprite).

That said, the ability to customize your sprite (say, by using existing sprites as a base and changing haircolor/shirts/etc) would really help out wifi battles/etc.

PS - I *REALLY LIKE* the "random wifi battle" feature they discuss for B/W they discuss.

It is however, a very very awesome idea regardless, kind of regardless...

I thought of this idea between the two games for one city the gym leader would change like for one it would be an older guy with say rock types maybe {aerodactyl} {graveler} {onix} {rhydon} or something and when you battle him he'd say My son is going to take over the gym soon. and then in the other game the leader will be a teenager and he'd have flying types and his team would be {aerodactyl} {pidgeot} {noctowl} {staravia} or something similar and he'd say This is my first day as the gym leader my father let me use his trusty aerodactyl so I won't lose to someone like you. but also the gym trainers would be the opposite of the leader like if you got the leader with rock types all the guys in the gym would have flying types and vice versa probably won't happen but an ok idea

TRUE THAT. and am i the only one seeing stupid people turning this into chat roulette? the video chat thing while you fight? i know when i'm trying to kill some mofos with my killer gummy bear i don't wanna see a bunch of ***** all over the bottom screen... ANYWAYS, i think this whole 2 little friends and your rival isn't a good idea... maybe its me, but i think they should have one of those friend people as a friend in one game and the other is your friend in that game.

DUDE! WHY DIDDNT I SEE THIS EARLYER! the reason that the worlds are diffrent is because they are going to bring back diffrent teams! diffrent teams means that the legenderies are the gaurdians of nature and advancement! why didnt i see this earlyer!

I think that the dream world stuff and random battles will really simplify and enhance some aspects of the games, although I do agree that there will be the odd hacker or person who switches off as soon as they're losing, but still I don't mind too much and I'm glad to see the feature added
Also, although its only a little thing, think Nintendo have waited far too long for character customisation but that's probably out of respect to the designers or something...
