No way, with all the Ice Beams, Water-types and the introduction of Shaymin's Sky Forme?
A pure Ground-type any less bulky than Groudon has no place in Ubers.

Here's the problem with eevlutions being uber, they arent mean enough. Their cute and adorable. They have no place in ubers unless eevlutions get big and mean.
