Post Steven Trouble
I just beat red and got a starter from prrof oak and steven. I have a forretress ready to trade steven for a beldum but he won't talk to me. All he says is something about stars. Is there anything else I need to do before I get to trade Steven?

Have you tried going back to the Silph building in Saffron city? When I went there after picking up a starter, Steven was there and asked to trade.
