Looks sweet, I say. But I do agree that some coils (gold or blue, methinks) would make it look cooler.

I rate it sorta. It looks cool when the blast is forming in Lugia's mouth, but the beam looks like RBY'ish. Might I suggest adding coils around the beam? Sort of like Solar Beam in RSE. |
