I evolve Jiggylpuff when I get my first Moon Stone in Mt. Moon. I don't use Jigglypuff or Wigglytuff, so it doesn't really matter when I do it. I just get it over in the beggining of the game, so I don't have to go back later and evolve one. |

I evolve Jigglypuff when I get her because I don't use it in my team, but if I were to use it I would evolve it when it learns all its moves. |

Maybe coz I can Yeah I agree with CF I don't really like Wiggilytuff that much. The only time I evolve my Jiggy to a Wiggy is when he reaches level 100. So that is my opinion I would wait to it is a least over level 30. |
