Can a Pokemon level be higher than Lv.100? |

No, absolutely not. <s>Cheats can sometimes disrupt your game system and cause you to have Pokemon with levels higher than 100 though. Don't think about cheating to get that, because when this happens the entire saved game will be damaged anyway and you'll have no choice but to restart.</s>

Does that mean that after a pokemon reaches Lv.100 I should't use it because if it reaches Lv.101 my game can be frozen or something like that bad could happen

not at all, when a pokemon reaches level 100 it cannot gain any more exp. |
